Konica 7022 F-26-3 L detect 0004

I have a copier that went a little bit over the 100k with the original parts about 170k.

I cleaned it and after i changed the developer, developer sensor , drum , cleaning blade for drum and fuser it gets stuck at L-detect with 0004 and if i start it up it gives me an error like F-26-3.
I tried to reopen the drum and check if there are any other visible problems but there was nothing that seem to be bad in it.

If anyone has any kind of ideas please feel free and share them.

Thank you all.

The copier has those exact parts in it , the blade seems to be in perfect shape(is new also).
The problem is that before I changed the developer and the drum, blade and the fuser the copier went into a f-26-3 because i started it up without the fuser, I know how can you forget but in the same time i do tech support so you can imagine that my life is not that easy. With the old and the new fuser i get the same type of errrors

ADF original size sensor doesn't work so that I can't copy A3 format via ADF

Did you run the Original Size detection tray procedure? That is done in service mode. Counter, details, stop 00 stop 01, ADF, original size detect MAX and MIn. Max the original guide to the back for min. guides to the center.

My problem is konicaminolta bizhub 421 error c-d203 error

D-203 can be caused by dry scanner rails, remove the original glass and clean and then oil the scanner rails on both sides. Also sometimes your CF card cab be corrupted. A C-2403 is a dirty toner bottle detection sensor, remove the toner bottle and clean inside the housing, the sensor is way at the back on the top left side.

Fuser error, here is the reset procedure.

Set SW2 (sub power switch) OFF and then back ON, after set to "0" the bit 1 in DIP SW3 in 25 mode. (If you switch power back on without releasing the latch, the error will recur.).

Hope helps.

Konica 1015 copier has been in storage for 10 years

You need a drum cleaning blade. These blades will go bad if left unused for that much time. This part cleans all that toner off of the drum in between copies. Cheap part at about $25.00 to $35.00
Just google konica 1015 drum cleaning blade and you will find one.

Konica 7022 F-26-3/2 L detect 0004 Konica 7022

Details Subject:
Background, overtoning, and/or F26-x codes.
Description:
Background, overtoning, and/or F26-x codes.
Solution:
PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Overtoned developer.
Install fresh developer (PCUA 950237) and run the L-detect adjustment. To run the L-detect adjustment, perform the following:
a. Enter the 36 mode (power the copier ON while pressing the 3 and 6 keys).
b. Press [1. HV adjustment].
c. Press [Next] several times until the display reads [HV adj (L detection adj)].
d. Press [Start].
e. When the adjustment is complete, the machine will stop and a value is displayed in [RESULT].
f. If the developer was sampled properly during the L-detect adjustment, the value displayed in [RESULT] will be in the 60-75 range.
g. If the L-detect adjustment [RESULT] value is outside of the 60-75 range, than the TDS (toner density sensor) should be checked.

2. Failed TDS (toner density sensor).
To check the TDS, perform the following:
a. Remove the IP unit (if an IP unit is installed).
b. Remove the rear and left rear side cover.
c. Remove the board cover/D (p/n 26NA73280) for access to the PRDB.
d. Enter the 36 mode (turn the machine ON, while pressing the 3 and 6 keys).
e. Select [1. HV adjustment].
f. Press [NEXT] several times until the display reads [HV adj. (Toner auto supply)].
g. Locate TP14 (TDS AN) in the middle of the PRDB above CN 25.
h. Using a voltmeter (20V DC range), place the red meter lead on TP14 and the black meter lead to frame ground.
i. Press the START button on the control panel.
j. The analog voltage reading on the volt meter during sampling should be (with properly toned developer) between 1.2 and 2.0VDC. If the voltage reaches 2.0VDC, M4 (toner addition motor) will turn on and add toner. When the toner auto supply adjustment is finished the voltage should read approximately 1.8VDC.
k. If the voltage reading is not within this range, replace the developer (PCUA 950237), TDS (p/n 26NA88040) and run the l-detect adjustment while monitoring TP14 on the PRDB.

3. Failed write unit (the TCSB monitors dot pattern patches created on the drum and adjusts the laser output for Maximum Power Control).
If developer has been replaced, L-detect run, the TDS voltage checks, and the developer is still overtoning (M4 continuously adds toner), replace the write unit (p/n 26NA-6503).

4. Clogged machine filters.
Check all machine filters to verify they are not clogged. Clogged cooling fan filters prevent proper ventilation which can cause the adhesive on the write unit glass cleaner to melt due to high internal temperature, causing smears on the glass.

Konica Minolta 7022- How to clean- Getting Dark Lines on Copies

Beings as it is close to 100k, it is due for a PM (preventative maintenance) kit to be installed (this model has a 100k PM cycle), and also a web, corona wires, charge grid, and feed rollers (if worn) should be replaced at this point, and of course cleaned.

The drum and developer "should" last 200k (this can vary greatly).

$200 for a general cleaning on that series machine... that's entirely too much, and he will most likely tell you it's due for a PM. A competent technician would be able to install the kit, replace the above parts in under 2 hours easily.

I wish I could be of more help, but given that is almost at the end of its PM cycle, it could be anything.
