Get into (standby mode) by hitting source (src) button until screen says "Standby".
M.Jog key is to the left of the (src) button. Hold it in for more than 1 sec to get into menu mode.
Move Toggle Control Knob (TCK) up (don't turn) until you see "Clock Adjust" on the screen.
Press Toggle Control Knob (TCK) in for more than one second and the time will appear (flashing).
Move TCK up/down for hours, left/right for minutes (again, don't turn knob).
Press (src) button when the desired time is selected.

Followed the users manual and they forgot one important piece of information--> The reference above is to press the M.Jog button to the left of the source, on my radio it is the G.Menu button. Thanks to this article I will now be on time to work. Ha HA!

Resetting clock on truck stereo

The Kenwood KDC-MP335 is an aftermarket car radio that's available for many cars and trucks. The radio unit comes with a built-in digital clock. If your clock is showing the wrong time, all you need to do is enter the radio's clock-setting mode to correct the time and set the clock.------------------------------------------------------------------------

Downloaded manual for Kenwood KDC-MP528, but instructions for setting clock time is sketchy, and can't get " clock adj." to come up, no matter in what sequence I hit instructed buttons....

Try putting the radio in standby mode and then hold the menu button in for a few seconds. Once you enter the menu, use the am or fm buttons to scroll through the menu. Then hold the seek up or seek down for a few seconds until the clock flashes, You should then be able to use the am/fm buttons and seek up and down buttons to set the hours and minutes. Once you have the time set, press the menu button again.

Settting the clock on a kenwood kdc309

Ok here we go. first make sure the radio is in standby mode, push the control knob am or fm, select clk adj mode. hold control knob for 2 seconds the clock should be blinking now, to set hours push control knob am or fm to set hours. to set the minutes push control for forward or backward, as if you were skiping a track on a cd that is for the minute setting. then when you have it set press the control knob to exit.
If this doesnt help, here is a link to the manual for that radio.
