DYMO gives an error message when sending it the test print. Won't function and is appearing to be an expensive paper weight. Help.
DYMO gives an error message when sending it the test print. Reinstalled software and drivers but still not working. Works fine on different PC.
My Dymo Twin Turbo is the USB model. The USB connection is no longer recognized. I plug into USB ports and nothing happens; The printer is no recognized. The autoinstall mode is not entered....nothing happens. All my other peripherals plug into the same port and work fine so it is not the port.
I have downloaded the lastest software but when I get to the script asking me to plug in the Turbo Twin... nothing happens.
Any help?

Hi
is it working some times back on your pc
when it is connected to your pc and power on, check the usb status some times the port become disabled
or
yes if it is then you restore your pc back to the date when its working fine to do this go to program - accessories - system tools-system restore option
UNINSTALL THE DRIVER ON YOUR PC, REMOVE ALL THE CONNECTIONS AND THEN RESTART THE PC.. AFTER THE PC REBOOT CONNECT AGAIN THE USB CONNECTIONS AND INSTALL AGAIN THE DEVICE DRIVER...
KEEP US UPDATED.
First of all, on Dymos you need to use original Dymo roll,.
Dymo rolls have a tag at the back, non original ones does not have it.
Before reinstalling driver you also need to run the dymo uninstaller utility that you find at Dymo website.
I will post the links for download.
Here is Drivers and Downloads for your printer, for direct download driver and software only Click Here.
Before reinstalling drivers, unplug printer and use DYMO driver uninstaller software
Here are recommendations from Dymo on how to proceed:
"Download and install instructions:
After downloading one of the files, unzip the file to a location.
Double-click the file install.exe and follow the online instructions.
Important notice when upgrading to or reinstalling DYMO Label Software.

Important: When reinstalling or upgrading: the Label Files folder is
replaced. Your own customized labels, stored in the Label Files folder
