Hi ! it´s a better idea to transfer you music using the explorer make a folder with your favorite music and then copy to the device if your device appears as a mass storage device.... ;)
If you used the 2.0 version firmware this should restore the firmware and you would need to reload the music files. Not sure if there is a master reset or clear but if there is, do it then reload the firmware and reload the music files. Make sure that all the files you are putting on are ok.
This is all I see, it is listed under update but this is not an update, this is the firmware that runs the player,so make sure that you are installing it the exact way that any instructions say.
hi, RealPlayer - PC Desktop Use RealPlayer on your computer desktop (Windows only) to transfer songs from a CD to your PC, and to play and manage your music on your PC. To transfer your MP3 files from your PC to your handheld, use RealPlayer on your desktop.
RealPlayer & Mac To transfer your MP3 files from your Mac to your handheld, use the included "Send to Handheld" droplet.
the volatile memory that stores your music can get finicky after time or if your USB connection is underpowered, chained too often, or too may items are drawing power at the same time.
Perform an erase all and a system restore on the player, you can also re-format your player in XP, but I would back up your music first.
The only bad side is if you are using subscription music, after a reformat, the DRM music will see your player as a different player and use one of 3 available players those tracks can be synced to.
i have the same problem
the same prob
cant access my external harddrive it gives me a I/O device error.
