Stopped making ice recently. The ice tray was sitting at a funny diagonal angle. Tried the reset button but the tray is now sitting upside down and has had water pouring onto it. I had to raise the lever to fool it into thinking the ice compartment is full so my freezer would stop getting water trickling in from the icecompartment. Can anyone help with this
SOURCE: ice tray stuck
Hi My Samsung freezer was nor a RB2155 it is a RS2630SH however after not making any ice because the tray was stuck in the upside down position or thereabout after 6 weeks it suddenly started making ice again, we had not done anything to it but we heard it dropping ice one evening and we had a look in the ice container and low and behold the ice box was full to the top, I would still like to know why it went like that in the first place in case it happens again it is a mystery. SOURCE: icemaker tuns but ice does not drop out
OK the reason the Ice isn't dropping is that the element under the icecube tray isn't working. You'll need a new Ice tray with element I'd be guessing, but see how you can buy it. Some models you need a whole new ice maker. Cheers

these side by sides use an auger motor in the fridge to open and close according to the temp demand. If its eratic, either the auger is icing up at the outlet possibly due to product being to close to the outlet. On occation i have had to replace them due to being faulty.(to check, adjust the temp. and notice if there is any change on the auger.)
