The easiest way is to take your battery out with your phone still on and leave battery out for about 10 seconds and then replace battery and prompt will come up asking if you still want to use phone in offline mode and check NO and it should be reset.

Go to Messaging>options>settings>e-mail>mailboxes highlight the email acct you want to erase and go to options>delete. Congratulations you just erase an email acct.

the problem with your phone is flex, you will need to change the flex on your phone before the screen can display back.

The problem is common to all slide phone, so it is not only nokia.

Change the flex on your phone screen and your phone will display.
