Behind the back panel of the freezer section is the evaperator assembly. on the rh side of the evaperator is a sensor pack that is for the defrost cycle. there is a thermo fuse inside of this pack that is open. The fridge goes into an error state if this fuse is open. unplugging the fridge resets the system. the sensor pack will have to be replaced.

pull the kick plate off under the doors. if you look in behind the kick plate youll see alot of dust build up. this area needs to be cleaned once a year to keep air flowing properly over the condenser coils. if the dust build up is minimal then remove back panel of refrigerator and make sure the fan is running behind the refrigerator. if not, or if running real slow replace the fan motor. the heat is the because the condenser is getting too hot. it needs to be fix or the compressor life will be greatly shortend
