My w810i is not working properly

Move to c drive and search for it connect your phone to pc and open the C drive in it and find your files

Try to replace any application that double. It maybe will say operator failed. Don't worry just after u did that. Do the next step.
2. Turn the phone off then turn it on again.
3. Open file manager go to application and try to delete any doubled application. It will maybe show you nothing after deleted. But don't worry. Get out from application folder then open it again. You will find unknown application with the same name of the deleted application that you did before. Just delete it then its gone.
4. Repeat that with every double application or games. If it say failed. Then restart your phone then try and it will be deleted.

• Start the included programs from the Start/Programs/Sony Ericsson folder or the Application Launcher application

Try this 1. Downlaod new applications from www.mobile9.com1
2. Download to pc first
3. Transfer via usb cable to your phone by copying and pasting the jar file into your ''other folder''
4.After all this this check your phone in the other folder and it should give the option to automatically install to applications or games folder.
5. Have fun

You need to register forum.

Possibly you have tried to download wrong platform games to your phone through pc. How ever now you need to reflash your phone. If you have the original USB cable you can do it yourself.

soft reset ur phone from settings options>>security code is - 0000 , may b a virus prob...try using ur phone without the mmc , if it works fine format ur mmc after taking its backup...and try using ur phone...also install some good antivirus software like mc afee or norton...
