initially check the element for continuity then check that any part of the wiring has not come off. if the water does not heat up it may not be advancing the timer to continue with the later stages of the wash, ie waiting for the stats to say the water is warm enough. tone.

I have tried to find a manual in all the other whirlpool sites worldwide also, and every other place i could think of with no luck. the half load button must be selected before the drier will work.select half load and then turn the knob to the asterix type symbol.turn on and that will hopefully do it.
