Cannot remove 2310 life time

you have to post your IMEI to get code to remove the security.so add comment to this solution with your IMEI found under the phone when you remove the battery.expecting the IMEI

firs you take out all data and go to sating factary reset dufult code 12345 . if proublem is same plaese update you phone , or flash it go to nokia care of any good ripairing shop and tel him to upgarede the software.

there are 2/3 ways to connect to a pc.
(1) data cable from your nearest nokia outlet
(2) bluetooth you need to buy a bluetooth"dongle" and install software.
(3) wireless as bluetooth you need wireless on pc and phone.
if you visit www.nokia.com you can download the nokia suite for free.

check that cable or connection

go to settings then restore factory settings..

use the bluetoot and nokia Pcsuite. you dont need cabla for that.

remove the battery for about a few minutes and restore it to factory default settings. Full charge your battery after that.
