It means the paper remains in the ADF [top part of the machine] . sounds like a stuck or bad sensor

I have Panasonic network printer workio 8020, Fault code J93 is showing on display but there is no paper misfed in adf.

There is a sensor that is either knocked out of position or broken. It is not that difficult to take apart if you are a bit handy. First remove the covers and then remove the top cover.

I have a Panasonic Workio DP3030 showing error code J93 paper misfeed in ADF. I have followed the manual and there is no paper jammed but I can't get rid of the error message.

Generally a paper misfeed is not a paper jam. The rubber pickyp rollers probably need a clean but turning the printer off for 10 minutes and turning back on should eliminate the message.

Panasonic DP 3530 printer keeps saying Machine error E03-40

E3-40 is the copy density sensor on the drum unit. Toner is probably dropping from the drum unit onto it. You have to remove the drum to access the sensor.
