It said the memory was full so i deleted it,,i can send a text but the phone will not receive incoming,,it says that memory full cannot save message
I had to got to message and select deleted messages and delete them. If you delete them they are still there until you clear them. I didn't know this.
Its your outbox. im having trouble finding my out box though

menu->messaging->settings->All msg->turn on auto erase->ok->turn it off and it should work

try pulling the battery out whi8le the phone is on to reset the settings on the phone and also contact your carriers tech support team ..
