How tro fix a Error 13019 during syncing your ipod touch with itunes

Select the iPhone or iPod touch in iTunes under Devices.

Click the Music tab and deselect the Sync Music option.

Click Apply and then click Sync.

After the sync is complete, reselect the Sync Music option.

Click Apply and then click Sync.

If the Error 13019 occurs while syncing content other than music (applications, podcasts, and so on), then perform the same steps above but uncheck the content that stops syncing with Error 13019.

If the steps above do not resolve the issue, attempt to sync an empty iTunes music library to the device while logged in as a new admin user

I cannot sync movies with my iphone4 it says unknown error 13019?what does that mean?

Error 13019 during sync:
Please update to the latest version of iTunes. The latest version of iTunes can be downloaded from http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/. If updating to latest version of iTunes does not resolve the issue, continue:
Please follow the same steps if the error occurs while syncing content other than music (applications, podcasts, and so on), but deselect the content that stops the sync. Deselect one type of content, then attempt to sync. Continue until you sync without error. Deselect Apps last, since restoring your Apps would take longer than restoring other content.
Error occurs while syncing music: The error will most commonly occur while syncing music. This issue can be resolved by following these steps:
Select the iPhone or iPod touch in iTunes under Devices. Click the Music tab and under the Sync music option, choose Selected playlists. Deselect the Voice Memos playlist. Click Apply and then click Sync. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, check the device and the iTunes library for duplicate voice memos. If you find any duplicate voice memos, delete the duplicates and then sync.
If those steps do not resolve the issue, then follow these steps:
Select the iPhone or iPod touch in iTunes under Devices. Click the Music tab and deselect the Sync Music option. Click Apply and then click Sync. After the sync is complete, reselect the Sync Music option. Click Apply and then click Sync. Test in a new user account
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, attempt to sync with iTunes while logged in as a new admin user. Follow these steps to create a new administrator user:
Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 From the Start menu, choose Control Panel. Open User Accounts. Select Create a new account and follow the instructions to complete the account setup process. Once the new account is created, choose Log Off from the Start menu. Log in to the newly created user account.
Mac OS X From the Apple menu, choose System Preferences. Choose View > Accounts. Click the "+" (you may need to authenticate to be able to click this). Give the new user account a name and short name and enter a password. Select the checkbox for "Allow user to administer this computer". This makes the user an admin user. Click Create Account. Log out and then log in to the new account. If the error does not occur in the new user account, other content is causing the error. Proceed to the next section.
If the error does occur in the new user account, the issue may be caused by content downloaded or created on the device, such as podcasts and voice memos. Removing content from the device may address the issue.

Hi ! I am trying to synch my iphone to my computer but i keep getting a error message 13019

easiest way i have found to resolve the issue is go into itunes while phone is plugged in. you will have a list of tabs across, summery, info, ringtones, music. select music and where it displays sync music unselect that and hit apply in the bottom right (dont worry your music should be saved on the computer) once the sync is complete re check the music sync option. ive noticed this to work 95% of the time
hope this helps

IPod touch not syncing recently . notice on iTunes screen The iPod "Peter 2's iPod cannot be synced . An unknown error occurred (13019) . I've downloaded the latest version of iTunes and...

When you plug the iPod in, you should see the "Restore" option in iTunes. This will wipe the iPod and start over from scratch. DOING THIS WILL ERASE ALL OF THE DATA ON YOUR IPOD!!! If that works, you can then sync again and put all of your songs and apps back on it.

When i download the lyrics into my ipod it says unkown error 13019

  • It is a problem with the Voice Memos.Delete the Memo in iTunes.Delete the Memo on the phone.Synced. Success.
  • The problem is not limited to voice memos. The work-around listed of unchecking the "Sync music" box, then syncing, then rechecking the box, and syncing again, does seem to work.
  • Another solution would be
  • Go into iTunes while phone is plugged in. you will have a list of tabs across, summery, info, ringtones, music. select music and where it displays sync music unselect that and hit apply in the bottom right (dont worry your music should be saved on the computer) once the sync is complete re check the music sync option. ive noticed this to work 95% of the time......hope this helps

Everytime I try to sync my itouch to download music on itunes it keeps popping up the ipod"Ariel's Ipod" cannot be synced. An unkown error occurred(13019).

Make sure that your 'C:' drive has enough "free" disk-space (64GB if you have a 64GB iPod Touch) to make a backup.

If you do, then use iTunes to "reset" the iPod to its "factory" settings, and then it will sync your iTunes Library to the iPod.

Can't sync my iPhone, due to error code 13019

This error is usually resolved by updating to the latest version of iTunes. Currently, it is iTunes 10.

If the error still occurs after that, deselect the syncing of voice memos, or better yet, remove the check on the Sync Music checkbox then click Apply and immediately right after the sync is finish, check the Sync Music checkbox again and click Apply.

My ipod goes through the syncing process then says ipod cannot be synced. an unknown error occurred (13019). what can i do to fix it?

Make sure iTunes from your computer is up-to-date. Currently, the latest version is 9.0.3. You should at least have iTunes version 9 to make sure this error doesn't occur.
