Did you ever get this sorted? Mine is doing the same thing

If the controller lights up this is a good sign the controller itself is working. Simply switching the USB port will sometimes allow the controller to be recognized by the software.

    1. Close the MixVibes Software.
    2. Switch the USB port. (Avoid using USB Hubs, unless it is powered)
    3. Restart the MixVibes Software.
    4. The controller should now control the software.

If not try repeating the steps above on a different port. Sometimes a restarting after switching USB ports can also correct this issue.

The turntable is going too fast because the singing coming out sounds like the chipmunk's any trouble shooting tips??

You are likely playing a 33 rpm record while the turntable is set to 45 rpm. You need to find the speed control and adjust it to the media you are playing.

Volume Control

Turntables required a specific input all of their own, so you can't connect the turntable cables to any other input besides a "phonograph" or "turntable" Chances are the Sylvania Home Theater System does not have the specific turntable inputs.

My records that are 33 and 1/3 don't play at that speed on my turntable. they sound more like a 30 speed, what do I do

Hello Rosie,

Some turntables have a pitch adjustment feature which allows you to speed up or slow down your records. The adjustment controller is usually a slider or a wheel somewhere on the turntable and is usually labelled "Pitch" "Adjust / Adj" or "Pitch Adj".

Please check for this feature on your turntable then get back to me if you are unable to find it. Please include the brand and model number of your turntable.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
BElectric

My turntable has a funny little connection where the power connection/plug should be?

There are only two electrical pathways to the outside world on the back of this TT - power and signal (RCA). Which one is 'funny'?

Unable to burn CDs from audacity program

Hi, did you record to the audacity software that came with the turntable? If so, then export it from audacity to a folder of your choice as an mp3 file. Then it should play in windows media player.
