No resistance as in zero ohms or infinite ohms? I would test for voltage, a shock and spark hazard if you're not familiar with electricity. Test the voltage power to the unit, make sure it's there, to the thermostat, to the element It may be a broken terminal connection, the thermostat. An electrical continuity tester can also be used with the power disconnected. Start with the oven power terminals disconnected from the power source and test both terminals to the thermostat, thermal cut off, element, the whole loop needs to be verified for electrical continuity.
Posted this several years ago. It's possible the oven sensor has gone bad or lost connection. Try cutting out the little plastic electric plug that connects the sensor to the oven wiring. Then hard wire it together with two small wire nuts.
If that doesn't work, you will need a new sensor, as we did. But when we installed it, we used the little plastic electric plug to connect it. Two days later it started acting up again.
The instructions said to hard wire it with two small wire nuts, but since it came with a plug it made sense to use it. Finally, even though it didn't make sense, I cut out the plastic plug and hard wired it. It's been about 3 years now and we've had no further problems.
THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THAT LITTLE PLASTIC ELECTRIC PLUG. YOU MUST NOT USE IT. HARD WIRE IT.

Anyway the error code fo8 normally relates to a faulty Tangential Fan.(Cooling Fan),which can be found on teh top of the cooker behind the control panel and it is there to cool said panel.
First thing you would want to check is, make sure you don't have any issues with the electrical connection to the oven first. Possible cuircut breaker issue.
Check these things first, you are probably going to find a loose connection somewhere. If that doesn't fix your problem.
