Ring Select and Toll Saver

Use Ring Select to choose how many times the line will ring before the
system answers a call. Set for 2, 4 or Toll Saver. When you set the
system for Toll Saver, it answers after four rings when you have no new
messages, and after two rings when you have new messages.

1. Press and hold [SET UP] for about two seconds. The system announces
the current ring selection.

2. Press and release [ANN/SKIP] or [MEMO/REPEAT] until the system
announces your ring selection.

3. Press and release [PLAY/STOP] to exit
-OR-
Press and release [SET UP] to change the Remote Access Code (follow
Steps 2-5 under "Remote Access Code").

My i265 goes straight to voicemail and doeasn't allow me to answer.

Per the Sprint support site at http://search.sprint.com/inquiraapp/ui.jsp?ui_mode=answer&prior_transaction_id=2&iq_action=5&answer_id=33554455&highlight_info=6293864,0,6&turl=http%3A%2F%2Fsupport.sprint.com%2Fsupport%2Farticle%2FSet_the_number_of_rings_for_voicemail%2Fcase-ev207663-20090626-084943#__highlight&id16=voice+mail :
"A call will roll to your voicemail if unanswered after 23 seconds.
This setting can't be changed. However, on your Sprint phone, you can change your ring tone to one that reduces or increases the number of rings you hear before an incoming call rolls to voicemail.
For details about setting up and changing your ring tones, refer to the user guide for your phone."
If this is not the problem with your phone I suggest you call their support line:

Call *2 from your cellular phone or 888-211-4727 (Sprint phones) or 800-639-6111 (Nextel phones)
They may ask you to perform troubleshooting tasks, so it would be best to call from a phone other than the one you need help with.

Since you declined to specify the model of your VTech DECT 6.0 system, I can only direct you to enter it into the search box here to download a copy of the manual.

HP Photosmart all in one. Trouble with Telephone & fax rings

Hi Natalie,

Did you follow the instructions in your HP Photosmart 3110 AIO manual, starting on page 30? I'll assume that you set-up your printer using Case E or Case H, where you share a voice line with your fax service. If so, then you should set the AUTO ANSWER option to OFF per the instructions on page 50.

If you have an answering machine, then you should set up the printer using Case I, whereby you will set the AUTO ANSWER option to ON and then set the the RINGS TO ANSWER to a number greater than the number of rings for your answering machine to pick up.

I hope this helps. If you have another configuration that I haven't answered (i.e. other than Case E, H, or I), please reply back with your exact set-up.

Or if you have lost the manual, you can get it from this website:

If you found this answer useful, I would appreciate you leaving feedback.

Thanks,

Sprint RadioShack answering machine CAT. NO.: 43-5812

Your question is not clear enough, You can check it out in the user manual. I just guess you are asking recording your personal annoucement.

Before using this answering system, you
should record the announcement (up to
one minute long) that callers will hear
when the system answers a call. If you
choose not to record an announcement,
the system answers with a prerecorded
announcement: “Hello. Please leave a
message after the tone.”
1 Press and hold "Annc/Skip". The system
beeps. Speak toward the microphone
normally, from about nine inches away.
While you are recording, the Message
Window displays —.
2 To stop recording, release "Annc/Skip".
The system automatically plays back
your announcement.
To review your announcement, press
and release "Annc/Skip".

Samsung SF 330 Spped Dial

Go to the Samsung website (Google Samsung). and then to their Customer Support Page. Then look for Downloads, or Technical Help, and look for the manual for your model. It will make it easier for you if you first write down the Model Number and serial number of your machine. With a bit of searching you should find what you need. Please don't forget to rate this answer.

Pick up rings

Here is the manual for the TC-919 which is very similar http://www.casio.com/support/manuals/telephones/tc919.pdf right in the top left of page 1 is a descrition of the ring select switch on the back of the base unit - this model can be changed only between 2 and 4 rings, but perhaps there is an option for 6 on your model The way to get a manual for your exact model if this one doesnt answer your questions is to call 609-395-0154 and request one. Hope this helps - please ask again if you have no success :)
