Quinton Treadmill E203 Error Code
SOURCE: I have a quinton club track treadmill that posts an E203 error
E203 = Motor unable to run. Usually caused by the VSD Lower Board. This board is about 14" square on a Quinton Clubtrack Hyperdrive 3.0
Rather difficult to remove escpecially if your not familair with electronical compnents in a tight space.
My reapir coast $374 from J&R Technical Services and exactly one year later I got the exact same code. Warranty is 90 days.
It appears they rebuilt one of the components on the board called a Phase Modulator. There are three of them. They stated they had replaced it, but upon close inspection it appears that simply replaced the bad micro-component on the modulator and reinstalled the exact same phase again.
I'm debating whether to trust them once again. Little choice though since they control the market and have the equipment to reset the board upon repair. Nobody at thome has this equipment.
