My phone is samsung jet S8003. I have a problem with hearing volume of this phone. when i call to somebody or vice versa, they can hear my voice but i cant hear them using handphone. but if i do it using earphone, i can hear them. anyone can tell me the exact problem with my handset and its solution also?

Apparently the headset in the phone itself is broken and needs to be replaced. A mobile phone service technician should be able to do it without much trouble if he has that particular headset.

You simply depress them while you are on the phone, you will hear the "Tones" when you press the keys, this will be "Heard" by the "Other End" and decoded, no problem.
This problem I've had myself But it will only solve the problem if your cell uses a sim card. When the sim cards go bad thats whats happens your hear them but they can't hear you or vice-versa.
