Just going on these symptoms, you may need a new control/timer.
Inside the control /timer are electrical contacts, and when your machine gets to that part of the cycle, the contacts are not closing to allow the cycle to complete.
If you have circuit board, you will perhaps need a new one of those.
If you do not, probably a control/timer assembly.
If you type "SeasPartsDIrect" into you computer's search engine, and then type your complete model number into the blank when you are asked for it, you may look at the schematic and see whether you have a control / timer or a circuit board.
God bless your efforts.

Bosch Nexxt series 100 place clothes in machine start add detergent as always machine begins to add water for about 30 seconds then stops , sometimes stops and sounds like it is trying to drain sometimes just stops and won't unlock door even if you turn machine off. Sometimes if you switch from hot to cold washer will work just fine for a couple of days then back to just stopping.

You first of all need to check the pump filter.
This should be located at the botom front right of washer.
Look for a drop down flap or cover, once located, unscrew filter anti-clockwise to remove and clean.
The pump itself is directly behind the filter housing, check there is nothing stuck in the housing.
This should solve the prob.
Please leave feedback for my solution.
Thankyou.

You need to check and clean the pump filter if you have not already done so.
This is located at the bottom front right of washer.
Unscrew anti-clockwise to remove and clean.
