try to make pregroun coffee ,but without beans, just press pre groud button -if water comes out then yuor coffee beans are too fine- turn to hight number the grinder
Hi
If the grinder is spinning your grind set is too fine. Push the lever below the bean hopper to the back. It can go to a coarser setting anytime but the grinder has to be spinning to make it finer. They may not have set the grinder correctly. Have them walk you through the process. It also takes about 2 to 3 times before the grinder fills to work.
Try removing all beans from bean holder - then use a vacumn machine to remove the bits down amongst the grinder "teeth'. You may have had a small stone in your coffee and if so it may have jammed the grinder.
Once it looks clean, try making a cup of coffee without the beans in the hopper - you should be able to see and hear the grinder revolving and also hear the brew unit moving between the grinder outlet and the water inlet. If it all seems ok now, then add a small amount of beans back into the beans hopper and try making a coffee. If it still will not work, get it serviced. There's not much the average person can do inside these units other than to do more serious damage or kill themselves with an electric shock.
Hi The grinders run on a timer. If the grinders does not fill the doser in time you will get a light saying no beans. If this happens and there are beans in the hopper push the lever to the largest # and push the brew button again. This will clear the light and it should brew. If it is at the largest # already your beans are probably shiny and there is to much oil in the beans and this is what is clogging the grinder.
If you look at the adjustment knob in the bean hopper, make sure it is in the middle i think it will be "8".
Make sure you not get any damp into the grinder.
You have to remove the coffee bean hopper, there are two screws on it. Below it is the grinder and there must be a rubber seal between them. Perhaps it is crooked or broken, and then the coffee beans pass and fall down.
You have to take off the bean hopper, turn the ring on grinder anticlockwise to you see the claque. Take out the middle off the grinder and clean everything carefully.
After that you have to put it back again, when you have the middle off the grinder back you turn the ring clockwise to the end, after that you turn it anticlockwise 14 "tick".
