When i connect my mobile to the computer through datacable it shows datacable connected choose the mode when i select the nokia mode it shows connected sing on the top of the screen but computer does not show the connection. why????????

go to settings and select connectivity and select USB then select the USB connection Mode

first install nokia pc suite start pc sute then connect to internet option select modem then configure the conetion menualy type tata.docomo.internet in access point name field

dud u get any cd along with ur mobile.if its there then,first connect cable on ur mobile and other side connect to ur computer,then insert cd in ur cd drive,it will automatically installed.
OR.
connect internet on your system,just connect the datacable to computer,at the same time in mobile u can see "PC SUITE,IMAGE/MEDIA,DATA TRANSFER,select DATA TRANSFER,then it will automatically transfer to your pc.

You could try this as it's already worked for me before:

Have your PC suite uninstalled from your machine as well as make sure that your PC Nokia connectivity is removed. reboot your system and then re-install everything.
The reason you actually receive this message is probably you have just installed a newer version of PC suite which sometimes results in consistency problems with your installed Nokia connectivity, that's why every newly released PC suite version comes with an updated PC Nokia connectivity.

1. Get the PC suit on your computer,
2. Click and open the PC suit,
3. You will see a phone with a message, "CLICK TO CONNECT A PHONE",
4. The set up wizard will pop up, then you follow the instruction from there, asking your preferred mode of connection " Cable connection, Infra red connection or bluetooth connection, Make sure your computer has a infra red port or bluetooth on it, or you get the necessary infra red or bluetooth dongle and connect it to your computer.
   
5. Then you will be able to operate your phone using the pc suit.

That is how to connect your phone using the PC suit.

u must insatll NOKIA PC SUITE in ur pc then u can connect ur mobile to pc by usb data cable....

formatting the mobile is simple if you have either the data cable for your mobile or a memory card reader.connect your mobile to your computer via datacable, and select the option as mass storage when it is asked for. if the computer doesnt ask this question no problem.then after the icon appears, right click on it and click format from the options. a dialog box appears and click start there. your phone will be formatted

choose usb data cable or storage data then go to my computer

U need to install motorola phone tool software(Comes along with mobile)  in ur computer after install that software u will get an  icon on desktop of motorola phone tool then when u will plug in data cable with mobile and computer u will get a picture  of ur mobile on ur computer after open Motorola phone tool icon from ur desktop
