Problem 1: Last week something caused my Desktop to change appearance: When opening my main e-mail at roadrunner.com the e-mail tool bar, which could be viewed in one screen width, required left and right scrolling. I contacted Time-Warner for help and correction but all attempts to do so failed. He said I needed to call the PC maker to "Change the font." How can that be done. Problem 2: My Corel WordPerfect Suite also has no problem with making and printing documents but refuses to open and print Qattro Sreadsheets.When running the check and repair option it stopped thee process, noted that some inappropriate files had occurred and aske me to insert the Windosxp starup disc. I was not provided one when I purchased my Evo D5S/P1.8/12463/21US, s/n V239JYHXAO84 for which the Product Key is JAYW8-HX27G-X8676-PR7GT. Now what do I do?

If you have your Windows installation disk then you need tp press 'R' for repair instead of a full installation. This will repair all the system files and you will not lose any documents or settings. But I think maybe you have a bad sector on your hard drive, so when you get up and running go to your HDD manufacturer web site for a diagnosis and repair.

Try reinstalling Quicken 2008 after uninstalling it first via 'Add/Remove Programs" in Control Panel. this should help.

As for the IBM Laptop not recognizing the flash drive, generally they come with a driver CD. Try installing that on the IBM and see. If you do not have the CD, you should be able to find the driver from the manufacturer's website, or do a google.

It may be in your programs that you need to uninstall WordPerfect Office 12. It just seems like something is partially installed and wants to complete.
