Address Book entries that are desired to be shown or hidden as Private Entry must be saved in the SIM. Saving to phone only does not offer the option.

Is there any software to make me invisible in internet?

If you mean to not be tracked by websites you visit, you can use your browser in private mode (incognito window on chrome).

And if you want to hide your actual IP address and not be tracked online, any VPN app/program will do the job for you.

How to clear all the history in mozilla?

Hi,

Try this , hope it wil help you :

Here is a simple extension to disable the "Tools -> Start PrivateBrowsing" menu entry and the "Tools > Clear Recent History" menuentry in Firefox 3.5/6.
The extension hides these menu entries and also disables their shortcutkeys and should prevent Firefox from entering Private Browsing mode. The CSS code (chrome://pbdisable/content/pbdisable.css) in theextension also hides "Tools -> Options-> Privacy -> Automatically start Firefox in a private browsingsession" and the History setting. You can copy that code to userChrome.cssif you want these entries hidden if the extension is disabled. CurrentFirefox versions still process code in userChrome.css if started in Safe_mode.Keep in mind that removing or disabling "Private Browsing" will notmake it impossible to delete private data like visited websites(history) or cache. It is possible to clear the cache via "Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Network" and to clear history in the Library and History sidebar.

No manual and am receiving unwanted calls at night just became threatening how do i block them

Using Call Block
If you subscribe to Caller ID, you can save phone numbers to the call block list. When a call comes in, the phone compares the received phone number to the numbers on the call block list. If the phone number is on the list, the phone replaces the caller's name with Call Blocked and disconnects the call. (The caller hears a reject tone.)

The call block list holds 20 entries, and all stations share the same list. You can add entries through the Call Blocking menu, by selecting Add Call Block in the CID menu, or by blocking incoming calls. (Only one station can edit the call block list at a time.)

Blocking incoming calls

  1. When the phone rings, wait until the display shows the Caller ID information (usually after the second ring).
  2. If you want to block the call and add this number to the call block list, press Block.
  3. When the phone asks you to confirm, press Menu/select or Block. Blocking an incoming call from an "Unknown" or "Private" number is the same as selecting Unknown Number or Private Number from the Call Blocking menu.
Call Blocking menu options
  1. With the phone in standby, open the menu and select Call Blocking.
  2. Choose one of these options:
  • Create New(Handset only) - Add an entry to your call block list. The phone will prompt you to enter a name & phone number.
  • Private Number(Handset only) - Block all calls from numbers reported by CID as "Private." (This does not count as one of the 20 entries.)
  • Unknown Number(Handset only) - Block all calls from numbers reported by CID as "Unknown". (This does not count as one of the 20 entries.)

Call block entry options
  1. With the phone in standby, open the call block list and find the entry you want.
  2. Press Menu/select to open the individual entry menu. Choose one of these options:
  • Edit(Handset only) - Edit this entry. The phone will prompt you to edit the name & phone number.
  • Delete - Erase this entry from the list & allow calls from this number.

How do i forward a port i want to play call of duty black ops but i cant find an online game, the game website says to forward these ports, TCP [80] UDP [88, 3074, 22728, 33233] but i dont know how to...

Server List (Port Forwarding) NQG_025 With NAT enabled, the IP addresses of nodes on your LAN are private since they are hidden from the Internet. IP Servers let you pass specific types of network traffic through the Netopia router's NAT interfaces. Once configured, selected types of network traffic, such as FTP requests or HTTP (Web) connections, will be forwarded to a specific host or server behind the Netopia router. Please Note: From the LAN (Local Area Network), you will also be able to access the servers that are responding to requests from the internet, but only using the internal private IP address. Access via the public IP address is not supported from a local ethernet connection. If your ISP is routing you multiple public IP addresses, you can also configure the router to forward all ports in one public IP to a designated private IP address on your LAN via Easy PAT List entries. For those instructions, see Quick Guide NQG_024: IP Mapping (Address Forwarding).
Please Note: If your router is currently running Netopia Residential Firmware with a web "GUI" configuration menu, this technote is not applicable to you. Most 3300 Series Netopia Gateways can be upgraded to Enterprise level firmware. Click Here! to purchase the upgrade key.

Before You Start
Telnet into the Netopia router's Main Menu at 192.168.1.1 (if using the default IP setting). If your network has a different IP addressing scheme, modify this accordingly. Click Here! for instructions on using telnet and Hyperterminal (serial connection).
Login with the user name and password. The Superuser login is required to save changes. If you are unsure of this, contact your network administrator.
Don't forget to press the Enter key to save any entries. Hitting the back space, delete or tab without first hitting enter will undo any changes.
The Esc key will take you back towards the main menu screen.
Once you have completed your configuration, you should reboot the Netopia to save and apply your changes.

The Netopia Main Menu Interface

Server List Configuration

  1. From the Main Menu of router console screens, go to Quick Menus, and select Network Address Translation.
  2. Select Show/Change Server List.
  3. Select Easy-Servers.
  4. From the Show/Change NAT Server List screen, select Add Server.
  5. Select Service and the service and port you want to allow. If your service and port are not available in the pull-down menu, select Other. Selecting Other will allow you to enter a specific service port or a range of ports since fields are provided for both a First Port Number and a Last Port Number. To allow a specific service port, the First Port Number and Last Port Number should be the same. Select Okay.
  6. Next, enter the Server Private IP Address, or the private IP address of the host/server you are forwarding the service to, and the Public IP Address you want to associate with the same host/server. This value can be left set to 0.0.0.0 if you are using the WAN IP as the Public IP address. Note: If your ISP is routing you multiple static IP addresses, other then the one used for Internet access, you may create more than one server for specific service as long as all servers have a different Public IP Address specified. For example, with two web servers on your LAN you would need to create two Server List entries for TCP 80 (www-http). Since each specific port (service) can only be mapped once using any given Public IP Address, a distinct public address must be used for each TCP 80 server list entry. It is not necessary for you to specify more than one Local WAN IP Address or Public IP Address in your router's configuration. As long as you are connecting to your ISP via a public IP address used for NAT, they are responsible for routing all other IP addresses via that connection.

Conclusion
You have now configured your router for TCP/UDP port forwarding. If you have a switched connection (ISDN or Analog), you will need to either disconnect and reconnect your Internet connection, or restart your router for the Nat Server List changes to take effect. If you wish to filter traffic for your static IP mappings, please see the following Netopia Technote:

Setup for sending pictures to my e-mail address

I have just purchased this phone, and was trying to figure it out myself. I have successfully sent a pic to my email by doing the following: First, I set up my phone book with both my phone number and my email by going to phone book and then "New Entry" There is a place for both phone number and Email there. Next, I went to "Multimedia" ( that's the little Icon that looks like a film strip). then "pictures" while viewing the pic I wanted to send, I pushed the center button and from the resulting menu, I selected "send in message". Then "OK". from the resulting menu, I selected the phone book entry that I set up for myself and that had a little envelope next to it. [or, you might choose "new entry" if you have not already put the email addy into your phone book. choosing "one time entry" did not appear to offer this option.]Then i selected "add" and then "Send" In the next screen there is a form where you can enter stuff like "subject line, or CC and BCC, similar to a email you might send from a 'puter. Then I hit "send" again, and my e-mail started to send. It used up 2.5 minutes to send, and it was 16.39KB. It arrived in my inbox from "[my phone number]@mms.att.net" And had compressed to 12.3KB. This really should be in the manual though, I had to play with it a lot to figure this out. figure it out.

Change NAT to open

The ports should be opened only in the router not in the x.box, go to a working pc..

answer3.gif
To allow traffic from the internet to enter your local network, you will need to open up ports or the router will block the request.

Because our routers use NAT (Network Address Translation), you can only open a specific port or ports to one computer at a time. For example: If you have 2 web servers on your network, you cannot open port 80 to both computers. You will need to configure 1 of the web servers to use port 81. Now you can open port 80 to the first computer and then open port 81 to the other computer.

  • Step 1 Open your web browser and enter the IP address of your D-Link router (192.168.0.1). Enter username (admin) and your password (blank by default).

Step 2 Click on the Advanced tab at the top and then click Virtual Server on the left side.

Step 3 Check Enabled to activate entry.

Step 4 Enter a name for your virtual server entry.

Step 5 Next to Private IP, enter the IP address of the computer on your local network that you want to allow the incoming service to.
  • to check ip in your pc.. go to start menu click run.. type cmd and hit ok
  • in the black window enter ipconfig and hit enter, you will find the ip address

Step 6 Choose Protocol Type - either TCP, UDP, or both. If you are not sure, select both.

Step 7 Enter the port information next to Private Port and Public Port. The private and public ports are usually the same. The public port is the port seen from the WAN side, and the private port is the port being used by the application on the computer within your local network.

Step 8 Enter the Schedule information.

Step 9 Click Apply and then click Continue.
  • This would fix your problem..
