Samsung DLP TV HLR5067W No picture/audio Problem
I own HLR5067W TV for 2yr9mo, power plug in, "Standby/Temp" light on,
Remote "Power On", "Lamp" light blink , heard "click", fan & lamp works
( from TV back side, no noise except fan), when I press"Source" to have "Timer" light blink.
About 1 min, "Lamp" light blink off, then TV back side Fan & Lamp off, indicator light back to "Standby/Temp". No vedio/audio output at all.

I'm not sure both fans are working or just one, or Color Wheel either,
How do I identify which parts are failed before order a new part.
I worked in LabTop assembling before. Please help. thanks.

It works fine for HDMI , PC only, and audio is OK except some vertical strip on all other source inputs,
picture isn't clear, ( Direct TV, VCR, DVD ), after I had tried like this two times this afternoon, It's back to no picture/audio situation again.

Its time to replace Lamp.
Please check Lamp advise in user manual of Samsung HLR5067W
Does TV give Lamp flashes when went to standby?
Please let me know.

Like, if all 3 LEDs on front (Timer-Lamp-Standby) flashes, then Lamp is defective and need to be replaced.
Please check above symptoms in your TV.

SAMSUNG DLP TV HLR5067W

The main board is more than likely the cause of the trouble. Time for a new TV.

Samsung DLP HL-P5063W

you have the same problem I have. The problem is fixed by changing the new light bulb. The problem appears again after 1500 hours of use. You can keep buying new light bulbs or avoid it by not buying another Samsung TV.
