Not sure what your question is, but dodge had no factory remote start system on any vehicle in that year. I assume you did not purchase the truck new and the previous owner had the system installed. Let me know if you're still experiencing the problem and I can help you resolve it.

Check the toggle switch, usually mounted under dash. It's simple on/off switch. Or it's your hood pin switch.
Or tell me how many times your parking lights flash when you push the remote start button and I'll def tell you the issue.

take a look at the Harmonic balancer. Has it come apart? How do your motor mounts look?

Check your fuses. This a common thing that can come up often if you have changed from stock stereo equipment to after market, or just because of old fuses.

Once you locate the fuse box, it should give you a diagram of which fuses go to the different lighting systems in your car. Replace them and the problem should be fixed.

If the problem is not fixed from that, then have your wiring checked throughout the truck.

HI. I have located a good diagram. Kindly follow to assist with the proper routing. Use caution when installing your belt. This is the routing for your engine specs.

The probably installed an overlay harness past the SKIM module it think the car it being hot wired it is a security feature. They need the install the interlock system prior to the SKIM module to keep it from locking up.

Removed cluster from dashboard and unplugged & turned the whole cluster clockwise very slowly and needle started moving from 150 mph back down to 0 mph when rotation was completely done. Kept cluster upright while re-installing and plugged back in the plugs on back and everything was fine. Called local Dodge dealer and told me would take 30-45 minutes to reset and would cost approximately $70 to fix. Took about 8-10 minutes of my time and saved myself $70. This may not work for everyone but this was my amazing quick fix thanks to GOD for giving me this thought to try this.

sounds like a faulty underhood fuseblock..have seen lighting issues with these components
