Start up problem

The light flash but my phone will not turn on

  • eevyruth Oct 01, 2008

I've been removing battery then replacing it several times in the last 3-4 weeks. Now that doesn't do the trick anymore. The red light flashes, but that's all it will do.

If it is just blinking that means it is off press and hold the Endcall Button and it should turn on, if that doesnt work... take off back cover and take out batterie and put it back in.

The indicator light on my ZTE flashes red every now and then and there is plenty (over 75%) battery and no notifications come through when it flashes.

When one of my good neighbours worked for the ZTE phone company explained to me that when the red light just comes on out of no where and starts flashing on and off. It's the phones camera system it begins to start recording the images its viewing on both sides of the phone at that current Moment it's a trac phone that's being used to record and compile all the data that it's regestered user is doing.

Camera light stays on samsung g600. tried everything, settings, left battery out. helpppp

I recently had this problem too. It started when i first tried the flash settings on the camera. I woke up the next day, turned my phone on and the light wouldn't turn off.

I discovered that by cycling through each flash option (always on, auto and always off) and taking a photo on each setting would sometimes turn the light off for a few moments before the phone crashed and had to be restarted.

Whilst showing this to a friend last night somehow the light went off and the phone didn't freeze (this might be because i had reset the phone to it's factory settings earlier in the day). The light is now off permanently, although i'm hesitant to use the flash again for fear of causing the whole problem again!
