NordicTrack speeding up for no reason

We have a Nordictrack A2750 pro that when using at a slow speed, will suddenly take off at full speed - even though the read out still says 3 mph. Any ideas how to fix this? It's downright scary!!

I think we've figured out the problem. Somehow it had switched itself to Demo mode. Not sure what caused that to happen, maybe a power surge or something. It seems to be working fine now.

This make all this adjustments:
Make sure the sensor speed is as close as possible to the pulley withouttouching it. You will see a magneton the face of the pulley; make sure the sensor is aligned with themagnet. There is a screw thatholds the sensor in place that needs to be loosened to adjust thesensor. Re-tighten the screw whenfinished.
Good luck, sincerely.

How i unfold it?

There is allot of weight on the "Storage Latch". You may need to push forward on the treadmill a bit, pull the black knob, then slowly let the machine unfold. Taking the weight off the "Storage Latch" will make it easier to release the latch..

I have a new NordicTrack A2750 PRO and the belt seems very slippery when I walk on it.

you will need to attach star washers to the rear roller bolts, they are having an issue with the lock washers they put on the rear roller bolts. Replace them with star washers. Tighten belt until it can be lifted about 2"-3" in the center.
