C0920 problem - Konica Minolta DiALTA CF910 Copier

Remove the first draw and check to ensure no paper behind the draw SECOND REMOVE THE ACCESS PAPER FROM the draw the left side of the draw is not for storing extra paper the space is available for when the draw is set to 11x17 paper DO NOT STORE EXTRA PAPER THERE.

First paper draw lift open the draw check behind it ensure no paper stuck back there. REMOVE any STORED EXTRA paper from the draw the extra space is not for paper but if you decide to put 11x17 paper in the draw you need the space.

Pull out the first draw and remove any paper from behind it, secondly REMOVE THE PAPER Stored in the First draw That is the paper on the left hand side. NOT A STORAGE LOCATION the extra space is for 11x17 paper not extra storage.

Paper Tray Lift error code. Check and reload all the paper in all the trays. Power off then on to reset. If this does not solve the code then pull out all paper trays. Reset machine leaving alll trays OPEN. Close the trays 1 at a time waiting 30 seconds between each tray closing. If the code comes back after closing a tray then that will tell you which tray has the problem. You can leave that tray open so you can use the machine and also you can check that tray more closely.

This code don`t exist in Minolta .C0920 is first drawer lift up motor failure.Open and close the front door or set the power switch to OFF then ON.

check you trays ?

c0920 is the 1st paper drawer motor.
since the paper jammed the motor path, so the paper deck cannot come up, just pick up the paper n re insert the paper deck..problem solved..
