Hi bevybab!

I would need more information as to which TV (1 or 2) you're experiencing the problem with, but if this is a new TV it sounds like you may need to change the modulator setup.

You can find the setting under Menu -> System Setup -> Installation -> Modulator Setup. If this is TV1, change the TV 1 Out to channel 3 or 4 depending on what you have listed. If this is TV2; change the mode from air to cable or cable to air and then put the TV on the channel it shows after selecting done to save the settings.

If you can provide more information or have any other questions let me know!

Hi Tommy, It is TV 2. I actually have 2 Polaroid tv's and are having the same problem with both. One has always worked on Dish and one day I started getting only snow. The tv works fine if I connect it to the DVD player, it is only the TV setting. I have a Magnavox TV that works fine on the cable. Very strange.

Let's check the Modulator setting out. Go to your main TV1 and enter the Main Menu. From there select System Setup (6) -> Installation (1) -> Modulator Setup (5). Where it says TV 2 Out it may say Air. If it does change that to Cable and the channel should change to 73. Select done and put the TV2 on channel 73. If the setting and TV are both already on Cable 73; go ahead and unplug the receiver for 10 seconds then plug it back in and see if the picture returns.

How do you connect a polaroid lcd tv to a polaroid vcr/dvd combo?

does it have HDMI INPUT/OUTPUT? OR Audio video input/output? First you must have a cable for either of those two. HDMI (from the lcd tv) to HDMI (vcr/dvd combo).
audio/video input (from the lcd) to audio/video output (from the vcr).
hope this helps.

I can't get tv to send sound to sound system

Having browsed the user manual I wonder if you plugged in the Sony BDV T57 Home Theatre System while the Polaroid FLM-2632 tv was powered down via the optical cable .
Then powered up the Sony BDV T57 Home Theatre System first and then powered up the Polaroid FLM-2632 tv
Maybe the Polaroid FLM-2632 TV has to detect that the Sony BDV T57 Home Theatre System is connected and powered up when the Polaroid FLM-2632 powers up. To activate its digital audio out ????
The note part about only being available only under HDTV (cable/air) mode. Might be the cause of your hassle also ?

No signal when hooking up to dish network.

I unhooked the new tv and hooked up the old one to see what channel it was on and then rehooked up the new tv and put it on the same channel as the old one. This worked but I also had to put the cable into the hook up on the back marked cable instead of the one marked HDTV.

Here is where I found the remote code (1256) for the TBX-2000AF and it has many more codes for Polaroid models.
