NEC DTU-16D-2 Phone manual

I was wondering if you had the manual to this phone system. I was told that it also has a voicemail system but we are unable to even access it. Any help would be appreciated. I can be reached at:

We have this NEC phone. I'm not the receptionist but whenever the phones ring, it also rings at my desk. How do I turn this off?

How do I reset the password on the nec dtu-16d-2 bk to default?
Whoever is your voicemail administrator can reset password to default, and add or delete mailboxes. When they log in to their mailbox, they have access to manager options.

NEC DTU-16d-2 background music
you would need to enter system programming mode and change MB 1-8-31 to external. The internal music is pretty bad. This works on elite and ipk platforms. It depends on your system type. Look at the phone system and see what letters it has on it.

Voicemail
From an admin phone, enter the voicemail. Then select More, Mgr, ChBox, then enter the ext# you need to reset the password on. Then choose Reset Password (Select Yes when the system asks you if want to reset the password). You can access the reset extension's voicemail by entering the default code.
