Hi semidgs ! Unfortunately , there are no drivers anymore for your device under Windows 7 64-bit system but well under 32-bit system . Here is a workaround : If you have the W XP install disc , you can install a virtual version of W XP on your machine from http://www.vmware.com/products/player/ If you still have the install disc , you can also partition your primary and install W XP on the new partition from http://download.cnet.com/Partition-Wizard-Home-Edition/3000-2094_4-10962200.html.Back up your data first. Both are easy and safe , no specific knowledge required . I have installed Windows XP on my secundary ( Windows 7 on primary ) and everything is working fine . Regards .
Yes there is a scanner driver available, this however is a Twain driver and you will need to use the "Import" or "Aquire" function from within word, office scanning utility, Adobe Standard etc for this to work.
place the document in side, by the left hand top you will see copy, with two different buttons one is coloured and the other, click on the coloured to get coloured document and click on the black to give you black and white, just once and make sure there is paper in the feeder, thanks
What is the error message? SCANNER ERROR? If that is what you getting, turn printer off then open scanner cover- on the left hand side there is a toggle log for scanner, position it to unlock then turn printer on then try scanning/copying again.
if your having a different error message pls indicate the exact error that you are getting.
