Sounds like you have the numlock on they keyboard on. If you look at the letter "u" on the keyboard , you will notice it has a small number 4 over it......

To shutoff the numlock you need to simply hold down the "Shift" key and hit the "delete/numlock" key.....that should turn it righ toff and get rid of your problem!

Sometimes Car does not respond to remote control . some times drivers side door button come up half way. if i use key in door all buttons popup. but key cannot be removed all door lock up to pull key

4 things to consider.
1. Does your key fob transmitter need a new battery.
Replace battery.

2. The remote module is faulty.
Replace module.
3. The lock actuators may have worn out.
Replace actuators (it may only be 1 or 2 of them)

4. (Most likely) All the associated wiring may need checking for earthing problems and /or breaks. The spade type connectors often rust inside the door.

(But if you can, pull each lock up by hand to see if its smooth. If you have to put real effort in to pull it out then the actuator is the problem)

Good luck...

HI, the fault of the phone is the keypad IC is bad, that's why you can't access the number 4key.
When you replace the IC the keypads will function again.

Take care.

Some times when i type and leave my computer idle for some time some of the key board keys stop responding

Happens. No idea why or how, i ended up changing out the motherboard and solved this problem that way. Will say it seems to happen with the cheap motherboards so stick to a name brand one.

G6000 hen pressing keyboard letter it type 4

Hi there

Does this happen with almost every key, or only certain keys? And if you press a key very quickly, does it still register it as 4 presses?

Also, please confirm the operating system on the laptop, such as XP or Vista.

Please do not rate this solution unless I have answered your question or your reply will not be returned to me. Thanks.

Key stroke problems when using E-Mail (Only)

You probably use an online mail system. If you were to use Outlook or Outlook Express this would not occur, because they are not online. This basically means, when you type a character to an online system, it must travel to the remote server, then be echoed back to you. The time can vary between keystrokes widely, depending on the number of hops, latency and other factors. Offline email does everything on your PC then transmits a complete email message at one time when you send it. The speed of your internet connection can influence this greatly. Most DSL connections are fast enough that this should not happen. If you are using a telephone modem, it will happen regularly.

Phantom Key Issue

This bug happens because on some machines (laptops) the keyboard key with the code “e02a” is for the hibernate key or perhaps another one is actuating with in the psftware pr may even be stuck all togerther. try using an external keybaord to see if you can overide the internal keyboard this maybe helpful at least to diagnose what it is you are doing since an older keyboard is hardware and doesn't have "unknown" keys so to speak
