Good Evening,
I have a Scandinova Fridge. Recently, water has been leaking inside the Firdge. The temperature was ste at 5. Now I have to put it right up to 7 to keep the tempertature near to 0.
Can you please advise what is the problem? And how can i resolve this?

Most likely you're correct, the defrost cycle produces water that is supposed to be captured in a holding tray, pan, etc. If the pan is cracked it would leak out or if the drip tube (pipe) is not in place it would miss the pan. It may be easier to remove the contents of the small frige and tip it over some to see what you can down there. I assume this small unit doesn't have any water souce to it (no ice maker or water). Check the tubing for damage and see if you can find the holding pan to inspect for crackes, etc.

I have the same symptom too - freezer temperature flashes at -2. "Power Freezer" or setting it to any other temperature is not working either.
As a result, no ice being made. Please help!

Most likely your defrost condensate drain in the rear of your freeze is frozen over. I have put together a long page on the link below. Little too much about leaks in refrigerators and how to solve the problem to fit this page. Choose the part that applies most to your situation and let me know how I may help you resolve yours. I'll be here if you need so click on the link below, Thanks, Sea Breeze
HOW TO FIX A DRAIN LEAK INSIDE REFRIGERATOR AND FREEZER PART 2
SOURCE: I have the RSH1NHSW1/XEU firdge
the vents are freezing due to your freezer having a defrost issue there are 4 main parts that make up the defrost the defrost thermostat the defrost heater the defrost timer and the fan. The most probable one that goes is often the defrost thermostat and all these pieces can be checked for proper functioning with a multimeter by doing continuity tests on each also you have to remove the rear panel on the inside back wall of the freezer in order to access these pieces. Here is also a link describing this problem further http://applianceoutletservice.com/appliance-care-tips/refrigerator-tips/refrigerator-defrost-system-information.htm if you have any further questions message me back and please remember to rank this opinion it allows me to continue helping others in similar situations in the future Thanks again Rick
p.s start by removing the rear panel inside the freezer and use a hair dryer to defrost around the evaporator
