Error code F05 denotes pressure switch jammed on full.
Remove lower rear cover of washer.
Remove large black hose on bottom of drum.
Remove and clean filter inside hose.
Refit back and test.

my lights are all flashing on my control panel, its takes water in then pumps out straighaway doesnt wash or spin i have changed the brushes so i know it isnt that please help it only about 3 years old
F01 is a motor faulty normally caused by the module,but sometimes thewiring to the motor plug that works loose as its to tight,give them alla good wiggle make sure there all in! check this link for other error codes of hotpoint machines http://www.hotpointservice.co.uk/hs/pages/content.do?keys=FAQ:ERROR_CODES
The only way to resolve is to replace the outer tub, no other permanent sollution, what hotpoint mean is that you would not have to replace whole outer drum only the front half.
