How do you test the batteries to make sure they work?
You haven't given me much information, Wendy, such as why you want to test them, or if they are in the scooter. I'll presume that they are not connected, and that you think there may be a fault in the scooter. To test them you will need a multimeter, and if you own ones of these you would know how to test the batteries. They are too expensive to buy for a one-off job, and I won't confuse you by telling you hoe to set up a test lamp.......Hook up the batteries to the scooter and see if it works....Don't forget that the red wire goes to the POSITIVE ( or Plus ) terminal, and the black wire goes to the NEGATIVE ( or Minus) terminal. If you are still having trouble, take the battery to a battery supplier and ask him to check it for you. Please don't forget to rate this answer.

I tested the batteries, jumped the motor, fuse is good, and controller is fine. I'm thinking it is the throttle but I'm not sure how to actually test that. If anyone can help that would be great thanks!
