WON'T FAX, KEEPS PRINTING, WON'T PRINT WHEN YOU WANT IT TO..

go to control panel--to add a printer--click on the printer and you will see whats printing
highlight each line in the print task que one at a time and cancel print
the command is probably in a loop and it will print the previous print instruction over until the task is deleted

Sign-in into printer (check the OM) and push "Stop Printing" or "Clean Printing queue" - depending on model.

Some printers require you to have the color cartridges in them even when you are printing black and white. You usually can in your print options choose black and white over color.

Actually, it does not matter what mode your printer is on when printing from your computer. Whenever your printer detects a print job sent to it, the printer will automatically acknowledge the signal and print the file - no matter if it's on Copy, Scan or Fax Mode.

Hi Lorraine,normaly with this fax it have a auto print off setting that keep the faxes in memory.You can turn auto print to on by pressing the on/off button once less than a second,then it will switch to auto print on.

well you can got to task manager and stop printing task.

Scroll through the menus for REPORT PRINT to set confirmation.

I'm a bit confused as to your problem. the machine is printing the last page as a confirmation of the fax transmission or is it printing the last page of the transmission which it should not do, regardless of what your doing. if it doin the latter then you have a problem with your main circuit board doing something very strange. let me know how you make out

No the machine uses some of the colour ink when printing faxes, mostly cyan.
