How do you operate a Ozark smoker 2 pressure cooker?

T-Fal has a number of their pressure cooker manuals on the support page: http://www.t-falusa.com/instructions-for-use/Products/Non-electric-pressure-cooker/csc/NonElectricPressureCooker . None are labeled the Clipso Easy. There are the Clipso, Clipso America and the Clipso Induction Compatible Pressure Cookers. On web sites advertising these models, they are all "Easy" pressure cookers with one-handed operation.

Please check the pressure cooker for a product number to find the correct manual. The different Clipso pressure cookers are very similar. I purchased a Philippe Richard 6 qt pressure cooker and the second time I used it I noticed steam venting out of the pressure handle lock. later I stepped on something in the floor. it was the aluminum part for the pressure lock. I didassembled the handle but don't know how to get the part back in place, please advise. thank you
