I have a wd1600i032 which does not come on. Have tested the power supply and it appears to be good at 11.92V . What should I do next to get the device to turn on?

No power

A) Power On switch is no good

B) Power Supply is no good

Do you wish to perform the simple test, to see if the problem is the Power On switch, or Power Supply?
If so post back in a Comment.

If its a 27 inch and older than 2 years it may be cheaper to replace than repair it.

Standby is on so main fuse is good.

someone needs to open it and follow power cord to power supply inside the set---some voltage tests will confirm if power supply is working or not.

If power supply checks good next would be following the voltages to see if one suddenly is missing.

Error 12 appears on display? What do I do?

Precor Error 12, Watchdog (Lower PCA) Probable Cause 1. A failure in the lower PCA overloads the low voltage power supply and causes it to drop below the preset level.
2. A fault in the interconnect cable (upper PCA to lower PCA) causing the low voltage power supply of the lower PCA to be too low.
3. A failure in the upper PCA that overloads the lower PCA low voltage power supply causing it to be too low.
Corrective Action
  1. If the error message is continually displayed when the unit is powered up, the upper PCA needs replaced.
External causes may make the error appear intermittently.
    1. If the AC input of the unit dips significantly during power up test sequences, the test could fail causing the error to appear.
    2. A treadmill connected to a non-dedicated AC circuit can experience this error intermittently.
  2. Determine if the interconnect cable is the cause by substituting a know good cable in place of the current cable. For test purposes, the substitute cable needs to be connected directly between the upper and lower PCA's, without routing the cable internally.
  3. Determine if the upper PCA is the cause by substituting a know good upper PCA for the existing upper PCA.

What should i do if the red light just keep come on put not the tv

Have the power supply tested. Use a voltmeter and test the wires from the power supply wiring directly to the main board. If you do not have a reading or it is low, then power supply is faulty. Also check to see if the fuse is good if there is one in this model. It would be a glass bus fuse and it would located next to the power supply. You can test just about any of the lower powered components such as power switch, relays, capaicotrs, and more with an ohmmeter in the ohm setting to see if they are good or not.
