hello, you have blown buffer board, on left hand looking from the back there's either 1 long thin board or 2 joined together, the black ic chips, some have metal heatsink over the top if they haven't look for little white dots, if they are present the buffer is no good, you may also need to change the ysus board as well, thanks
-no picture caused by the Y-Sus deflection circuit
-you will need 1ea. Y-Sus Main
-1ea. Y-Driver upper
-1ea. Y-Driver lower
It is best to change these as a set
Part numbers are dependant on the tvs Product Code which on the back of the unit.
This is the sad story of many a so called smart TVs. I have repaired several of Samsung smart TVs. It is the back light in the panel which fails and company guys advise you for a panel replacement. Once you can see LG symbol means the Tcon is working. It is not the picture which is disappearing, it is the failed backlight which is not there and so you can not see anything. Repairing panel is a tricky job and you need a certain amount of expertise for this. Otherwise you may damage it beyond repairs.
From your description it sounds like your TV it's actually on you just can't see a picture. That is usually caused by your Zustain boards. The zustain boards are located on the left and teh right side of the TV. You can check the fuses to see if one of them is blown or you can leave it on and see if one of them does not heat up. You would have to replace the board. You can find part at www.interliquidparts.com
