i dont know that but you can easly add itto black list you can add untill 10 numbers

Options > Edit barring password.

Enter the current code, then the new

code twice. The barring password must

be four digits long. For details, contact

your service provider.

as u said about problem related to barring password. Only your service provider can resolve this issue.

u cant block an individual number with your set.rather this service is provided by cellular service.talk to helpline and fetch the details for blocking.

go to setttings then call barring then incoming calls then activate, this should block all incomming calls.

the better way is to download this program and block only this number that's bothering you. here's the link for the program:
