There are spring clips in the rear axle just behind the rear wheels. Yours are either no engaging properly or missing completely! Check page 20 of the manual. By the way you are my 500th solution!

Yes, you're right. The clips are there and I've tried to have a play with them but to no avail! Thank you for attaching the booklet but unfortunately it isn't that clear how they should go if I were to take the whole thing apart. Any step by step instructions for your 500th customer??!!! Many thanks :o)

The plastic wheel stub should just push into the aluminum axle, as the stub reaches the clip the tapered end should open the clip out, after the tapper is a groove the clip should drop into that and lock the wheel on. The wheel should only come off again by pressing the two clip ends together opening the clip. Check the groove it might have something in it.

How can i know my front and back wheels of my bugaboo frog need replacement??

Wheel replacement is not a safety issue unless they are effecting brake operation (unlikely) Front wheels are prone to loosing the locking tabs at the top (they are the perfect hight to be taken out by car bumpers etc), Other wise as long as they rotate without causing a wobble and the old style rear wheels are correctly inflated all is fine,

Spare wheels

You can purchase front swivel wheels for the frog at most bugaboo retailers. bugaboo offers the retailers the option of carrying the spare parts : it is up to the retailers to carry them. Online, strollers.com carries them for order. The following is a direct link to their eCommerce site, though I am not affiliated with their service so cannot stand by their service.

As for replacement inner tubes, most local bike shops are able to replace them with norcal tubes. If you are having troubles with the tubes given by local shops, I would recommend asking for thronproof tubes, as they are less likely to pop.

Also to note :: always use a small hand pump to inflate your stroller's wheels. Electric pumps / compressors will cause the inner tubes to explode - too much force is exerted on the small tube and will cause it to explode and possibly ruin the wheel's casing.

Bubaboo Frog Tilt Wheel

Hello bugabooownr:

I have seen this problem before. If the wheel was accidentally crushed or bent while still on the stroller, it may have become bent. This has also occurred while checked on a plane. If the stroller is still under 2 years old, bugaboo will usually replace the piece. If not, most bugaboo retailers sell replacement wheels. You can contact bugaboo here: bugaboo.com

Hope this helps:
