Music folder is not detect

When you connect the MP3 player to your computer with the supplied USB cable then computer detects the player as an external storage device or a Removable disk, you can then view the folder on your MP3 player. Open the music folder and create a new folder on the player exactly the same way you create a folder on your computer's hard drive. To organise your music, make a folder name with the name of the music album and place the album's MP3 files in this folder, then copy the mp3 files from the computer into this folder.
You will then be able to select the music you want to play by the music album folder. To delete a file from your MP3 player, connect the supplied USB cable to your player and then plug it into the USB port of your computer.

If you songs are downloaded in a folder for example my music,,,after you connect your device (mp3) into the usb port in your computer or laptop you wil get a notification of new device being installed, you follow directions on screen. Once the mp3 is intalled the you can goto my computer and you will see an icon on the screen for it. Click on it open it up, minimize the screen, no go to my music folder , open it up, minimize it too, now you have the two floders open, just drad the music from the my music folder to the mp3 folder icon and there you go,, i have found these to be the easiest way to do it. please advice.
