Hi, why have you sent me 12 requests for equipment which I do NOT support, please? I was dealing only with washing machines but I am going to cease completely now mainly because of being flooded with these rediculous 'direct questions'. Sorry. Good luck. John C

The circuit reference numbers won't help much unless a factory tech happens to see your request. You need to describe the problem you are having and why the resistance values are not visible (burned?). There are methods of achieving a close estimate of the value of a burned component and the likelihood of anyone outside the factory having access to schematics is extremely remote. Also, you might try to determine in which circuit these resistors are located since that would also give us an idea of the value and power dissipation requirements.

Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions,IDE,SATA

the leads from your ((motherboard to your hard drive)) make sure they have a secure connections and are not faulty or just replace them they might be faulty

make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty even the electical extensions

even something as small as an electrical fan and its lead can cause you problems or just replace them they could be faulty a computer needs all electrical power and data to continue through every working device and to have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error

make sure your graphics card is securely seated with no dust built up or in the socket

if you remove your graphics check the socket to make sure its dust free

restart your computer then reinstall it this should activate found new hardware wizard

hope this helps you

My 46" lcd keeps shutting

You have popped capacitors on your power supply.

Here is what you need to look for:

drewpalmer04_60.jpg

Once you locate the problem capacitors you will need to replace with the SAME uF value and HIGHER voltage value. EX: 1000uF 10v ---->1000uF 35v

Thank you and best of luck!

The standby power supply resistors on the inverter board have changed values. You will replace resistors R1217, (820K 1/4 watt), R1218,(820K 1/4 watt) and R1219 (390K 1/4 watt). Please use the values just mentioned. Or you may have the inverter board replaced. Take this note to a TV repair Tech. Thanks for asking and show a few hands of support!

Resister burnt

Guest and Lesfix. RU83 located on the DRC8335 VCR PCB is a 51ohm 1/4 watt 5% tolerence resistor, color coded green-brown-black-gold. As to zener diode DU83, I haven't been able to determine it's value yet but am working on the problem.

Be aware when either or both these components fry, this indicates you need to replace the following two overheating capacitors on the power-supply board, which were directly resonsibile for knocking them out:

• C216 1000µf 16 volt (upgrade to 35 volts)
• C218 1000µf 10 volt (upgrade to 35 volts)

Could you email me regarding this problem when you have time. Mention Fixya and DU83 in the subject line so I realize it's from you. Thanks. [email protected]

Resisters questions

Its best to replace both IC's. As far as the resistors, there are location #'s marked on the board where the resistors are mounted. If any look burnt, get the location numbers off the board, and your model # and email me @ [email protected]. I will get you the resistor values.

Black screen

As in almost all lcd type tv/monitor the backlight will go out and the inverter should be replaced at the same time. Your cost about 50.00 if you do it yourself.

Take care
