I cant transfer pictures back to the camera

How can i transfer pictures from computer to camera-when i try to send them to the d90 it says device has become diconnected or stopped working

Have you considered NOT connecting your camera to your computer? The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use Nikon Transfer or any other photo cataloging program.

If you want to send pictures FROM the computer TO the camera, you must use a card reader. You can drag-n-drop pictures to the card the same way you transfer any other files. Be aware that if you've done any editing to the picture then the camera may not display the picture.

Late display of picture in lcd in d90 camera what is the trouble in camera

This may be due to a slow or faulty memory card. If the card is damaged, etc. the camera may be "hung up" trying to transfer the image from the buffer to the memory card. Only after this process is complete, can it attempt to display the image to you on the screen. After the images are on the card, and you want to display one or more, the whole process begins again with the camera trying to read the data from the card to be displayed on the screen.

Try again with a new / different card. Be sure to FORMAT the card in the D90 (not in a card reader / computer, etc.) prior to taking any photos.

If you still have problems, you may need to send the camera in to Nikon Service for repair.

I inserted memory card with pictures on it, cant take but 2 pictures and it says its full.

You need to clear your memory card by either transferring the photos to your computer or by formatting the memory card. If you've already downloaded the photos but failed to erase them from the card, formatting will take care of that.

Hello,

The D90 movie mode is not perfect.
Keep the camera steady when shooting movies to reduce flicker.

It sound like you are not in focus when you start recording the movie. Press the shutter button halfway to focus, then press ok to record.
If you do not want the camera to change focus in shot keep the shutter halfway down.

I hope this helps.

Hi, i am unable to transfer any pictures from my newly purchased D90. The transfer software loaded fine onto my lab top and it recognises the D90 camera as external hardware. However when i click start...

I don't even bother with the camera and software. I use a card reader to download to a folder I create on my desktop. Once the pics are there I can view them from there or use a photo editing program such as Photoshop Elements to work with them. Much more reliable than the camera and cord method.
