    install the software from the cd, but pc camera could not detect the software. i think software cd is not working.

I have a usb pc camera "quantum qhm500lm". after i have installed the driver successfully but when i try to preview it it shows blank white screen. what should i do?
Have you tried different programs to view the webcam image?
Try SplitCam to see if that works.
You might need to reinstall or update DirectX.

Other webcam troubleshooting ideas.
