    Same problem. That sucks.

  • Anonymous Nov 02, 2008

    I have the same problem. I can't set the watch back for fall. Why don't they put the instructions online?

    In fiddling around with it, I discovered that I could change the time by holding the "mode" key (lower left)....it takes you through setting the alarm first...so just hit it again to get to the regular time set. Then by using the upper right (adj) button one can adjust the numbers.
    Hope that helps.

    Watch came with different model instructions, that don't work for my watch (different buttons). Holding down the mode button only gets my watch to set the alarm, and never gives the opportunity to set the time.

  • Anonymous Nov 04, 2008

    I had the same problem. I pressed the lower left mode button and waited for the alarm start flashing. Then I pressed the adj upper right button several times and poof the time started flashing. It is not intuitive at all, but somehow it worked. Good luck!

    How do I fix this:(

  • theplatos Nov 19, 2008

    I am so frustrated with this watch! I guess you get what you pay for... I mean it was pretty cheap. Okay, so I think I figured out the time situation, but I cannot for the life of me change the alarm. It is now going off in the middle of the night and I think my husband is going to leave me for someone who can actually set their own watch.

Armitron alarm/chrono
1.To set the time hold the mode button until the alarm flashes, then hit it one more time and the time will flash to be changed. Once the alram or time is flashing use the ST/STP button to navigate between hour, minute, month, day and day of the week, the ADJ button changes the numbers.
2.While holding down the ADJ button use the ST/STP button to turn off the hourly CHIME and the ALARM chime.
Hope this helps!! K~~

I used the instructions on the Armitron sight (www.armitron.com) for the model 45/6963 (page 2 of ladies digital). Follow their instructions but NOT their picture of the watch buttons. For the model 45/6967 the buttons are as follows:

A = lower right
B = lower left (this one is the same as on the picture)
C = upper left
D = upper right

I drew a circle and labeled the buttons according to the list above, then followed their instructions (pushing the "A" button when instructed to do so, but my "A" button is the lower right button, NOT the upper left as it appears in their picture) I was able to do all the setting/adjusting of my watch.

Hope this helps. Merry Christmas.

    Thank you Pat B! Your instructions worked perfectly and I was able to change the settings on my daughter's watch. She is thrilled and I got to feel like a hero for a moment, lol!

You have to call the 800 # and they will mail you instructions.

  • selecthomes Dec 22, 2010

    Yes, this works. The webpage ishttp://www.armitron.com/docs/ArmitronLad...
    You'll want to print out the second page, and then label the buttons according to patbonline's instructions, This is working for me, and I just bought the watch for Christmas, 2010.

Did not get instructions with my ladies digital watch, 45/6967. I need instructions in setting the time, alarm, and date.

Enter "www.armitron.com", select "support" and then watch instructions" and a set of diagrams will appear.

Go to the one that looks like yours (use the two brown arrow heads to scroll through the list) and download the instructions.

Armitron wr165 ladies watch

WR 165 simply means Water Resistant to 165 feet. The model of your watch is stamped on the back of the watch face.

Check out this website for possible instructions, and at least they can sort of help you get started....

I have the same watch- instructions are hard to find.

Do this: hold the mode button for a few seconds, until the alarm time blinks. Push mode again and the time will blink, then push st/stp to change to minutes or hours, and press adj. to change; press mode when you are all done.

Anyone know how to go from 24 hour (military) time to regular 12 hour am/pm time?
