Well if it asking for PUK that means your SIM card is locked. You can obtain PUK code from your network provider.Often is enough to log on to your online account and find it there. What network are you on?And where?
you have to use your PUK code to unlock your sim. look through your manual or sim card holder( looks like a credit card) to see if its there, if not phone your service provider. :)
we can't gave you that, only the network provider can do that, bring your sim-card to your network provider cuz' every sim-card has a unique number and that number is the access to your PUK code.
