Machine is making an extremely loud banging sound think the blocks come loose. How do I fix this what will I need ?

There could be an unbalanced load of laundry being washed or the drum bearings are loose and need to be tighten or the filter is blocked in your washing machine.

That does not sound good. New dogs sound great, but you must get to the bottom of why the clothes are becoming twisted on the agitator. Usually not enough WATER. Think loose flow of clothes submerged.
Long story short, you cannot jam pack this machine. Less clothes, more water, will equal long life.
Be sure that the mating teeth for the dogs, is not damaged. Slipping here would make loud noise.
More water, less clothes.

Since this is a brand new washer I would recommend that you MUST get free warranty support before you even try to do a do it yourself job.
Please Call up support, possible that the suspension or the dampers or the bearing/motor support has failed and if so you must get free replacement.

Check to make sure that your clothes are not piled to one side causing the load to be off-balance. If that does'nt fix it then, It may be that your machine has a balance stabilizer on it that has worked its way loose or even off.

the drive block sounds bad. may have a broken spin tube also.

banging may happen due to low load also, as cloths form a ball shape at one place.
otherwise it might be bearing or bearing housing. bearings are very difficult to replace as whole drum need to open. if bearing housing got loose in drum then drum needs replacement, also very costly.

Several possibilities for noise. check concrete balance wieghts at top and bottom of washer, make sure they are not loose.
Check drum restraint spring(s) are not broken.
Check suspension legs for wear.
Check for loose motor fixings.
Finally, remove drum belt, and spin drum by hand, tjhere should be noise from bearings, if it feels rough or is rumbling , then main bearings have failed.

My Breadmakers Hearth was making the same sound, so after taking it apart I found that it was only the Bread Pans "under paddle" that the machine reaches up and connects to to drive the Paddle. I wears loose and wobbles and starts to slip making that banging sound. You can either replace the Bread Pan or like I did INVERT the under paddle (requires removing the C-clamp washer) to extend the life of the Pan and use of the Hearth. Hope this helps you.
