I have dvd sony dvp ns575p it'work but can't red dvd disc and i change the linces

you must read your instruc. manual for to see what format accept your DVD. Not all the DVD accept all format, download the instr.manual go www.fitness.manualsonline.com or www. retrevo.com and proceed according.
However you must shure that must clean the OPU with special DVD cleaner, you can get in Radio Shack or other store electronic supplies. clean it . is a GOOD IDEA, and maybe fix your problem.
God bless you

Sony dvd player doesn't read disc says no disc when loaded

This would indicate the laser pickup assembly is the problem, try a DVD cleaning kit and follow instructions, if no change, far cheaper to replace the stereo.

We bought the Burlesque dvd and our blu-ray player cannot read the disc? The error messages 'cannot operate this disc and cannot play back this disc. This is the first dvd the blu-ray player cannot...

It's something about the Burlesque dvd. I have the same problem with mine when I try and play it on my Sony blue-ray player. It's the only disc I have that it won't play. Disc is a DVD Video disc but it will no't play in the Sony player. It plays fine on other dvd players and my computer, but not on the Sony.

Sony s300 very slow at reading disc. takes up to 5 minutes to read, and sometimes it wont even start.

This model runs slow on the reading process anyway. You might need a firmware update. I have had to update mine three time in the last two years. You can download it from the Sony site, but it is very important to follow the directions perfectly and having the proper burning software. It is an ISO image file so you would need a program to burn it on a CD not DVD as a image file and not a data file. Sony will send you the disc free of charge with instruction and that might be the easiest way to update if you call them.

My sony dvp-cx995v

Seems optical lens of unit is causing problem of No Disc.
Clean optical lens with cleaner disc and then try to play dvd.
If still same problem, take unit to local repair shop for fix.
