Dont know the password

There is a BIOS Battery in your computer . You just need to remove that for around 5 Min and put back in .

This will remove the password .

The easiest fix for this is going to be reformatting the OS on the computer, from what it sounds your computer is simply well; locked. When something is locked you can fix this with a USB dongle with linux backtrack on it, and crack the password.

But that's not as easy as it sounds, so I'll stick with reformatting it would be the way to go as my answer. Sorry buddy.

if the password comes up straight away on the laptop and its on a black screen, its a bios password and will be expensive to remove,
only cheap method to try is if the laptop has a internal lithium battery, remove it for a minute then put it back in.
if its a windows password let me know there alot easier to remove.

To unlock computer password with Smartkey Windows Password Recovery Standard by the following steps,

Step1: Get Smartkey Windows Password Recovery Standard from: http://www.recoverlostpassword.com/products/windowspasswordrecovery.html.
Step2: Install and launch it to any accessible computer.
Step3: Use a blank and writable CD/DVD to burn Windows password reset disk with the tool.
Step4: Boot the locked computer from CD/DVD.
Step5: Start to perform Windows password unlock with the burned disk.
Step6: Reboot computer and login to the computer machine without password.

Somehow the BOIS password has been enabled. If you dont know this password then you going to prob have to take to a computer shop unless you know how to access the motherboard and remove the cmos battery and short the terminals for 10 seconds. this will erase the memeory and reset the bois to default which doesnt require a password.

Reboot your computer in safe mode. Then, click run, start, and key-in "control userpasswords2", Next, click reset password and change the password and confirm. Reboot and your ready to go.

open disc drive (cd rom) place restore disc in . turn off computer and turn it back on. follow instructions on screen. on re-boot you might have to hit the f8, f10 or f12 key to get started if you can, go to e-machine.com to get tech advice.

when the computer boots up hold down F-8 and then select "SAFE MODE' then log in a admin and the remove the passwords.. and restart and log in

Dont worry. If you forgot your password for your samsung behold tmobile it is eassy to reset. just follow these steps :
Step 1: Turn your phone off Step 2: press and hold down volume and hold call button and End button if done right you will see a Reset mode pop on your display screen step 3: This picture with icon over a phone pops just Press "MENU" and wait for your phone to boot and then enjoy.

If you hook it back up in your machine, power down, and remove the CMOS battery on the board (looks like a watch battery) THIS WILL CLEAR THE PASSWORD in most cases. Once you put it back in after a few minutes, you may need to check the BIOS boot time and date, and other settings again to be sure nothing custom set has reverted to default settings.
